How do you like to begin your day? I naturally wake between 4-5 am. Make a homemade fresh-pressed green juice and begin my journaling practice. I then go to my home studio where I do my yoga and meditation practice. Following this I fuel up with a protein-rich breakfast and then weight train.

What’s the most exciting hobby or interest you’ve pursued recently, and how did you get into it? Winning my Pro Card with The WBFF as A Diva Bikini Pro. I love the fitness industry and have worked out since I was a teenager.

If you could spend a day doing anything you wanted what would it look like? Taking a nice relaxing drive down some back roads listening to early 90s country music. When the perfect song comes on to get out of the truck and dance in the field like no one is watching. Followed by a picnic in the back of the truck box watching the sunset.

What’s a project or goal your currently working on that you’re really excited about? In am currently in the process of launching a program called Goddess Squad. It’s a program to help women feel sexy, vibrant, confident, fit and healthy at every age. I believe youth and beauty are always with us.

What’s the most memorable date you’ve been on and what made it stand out? Going on a hot air balloon ride at sunset. Toasting to our love with champagne. It’s memorable because I married this man.

Are there any qualities or traits you find particularly attractive in a partner? What do you value most? Call me old fashion but the quality I value most in a man is his masculinity. To not be afraid to ask for what he wants. To be confident and strong enough to love and adore me and protect me like a princess.

Who has been your biggest inspiration or role model in your personal or professional life? The ageless beauty, confidence, and strength of all these women keep me inspired-Jane Fonda, Cindy Van Empel- Popowich, Joan MacDonald, and Hattie Boydle On a spiritual level of inspiration I adore – Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, and Louise Hay.

What do you enjoy most about your hobbies or interests outside work life? I love the self-reward my fitness journey gives me – to set out goals and crush them. To know that I have the grit and determination to really succeed at anything I set my mind to.

How do you find a balance between your personal life and your career? I am very lucky to have great kids. We have taught from a young age to set goals and boundaries. In return they respect mine. My husband is my number one fan who loves me beyond measure. He encourages me to pursue my wildest dreams and gives me the time to do it.

How do you stay motivated and overcome challenges in your work? I have a strong self-practice. I do the daily work – journalling, yoga, meditation, eating right for my body, training hard and self-evolution. I’m not afraid to call myself out when I need a tune-up. And I am not afraid to shout out from a mountain top how awesome I am and celebrate me.
