Such an absolute honor to have you on Playboy! Talk to us about your career and what made you get into the industry? Thank you so much! My modeling career actually began in the fitness industry. As I was documenting my bodybuilding progress and sharing photos on social media, it began to go viral, and I grew a substantial audience. This allowed me to work with different brands and sponsors, and that eventually lead to clothing, bikinis and lingerie. A few years ago, if you would have asked me what I would be doing now, I would have told you I would be working full-time in the medical field. In fact, I moved to Los Angeles to start my career as a medical professional. Once I got here, Los Angeles seemed to have different plans for me. Working as a full-time model is more than I could have ever dreamed of, and I am so grateful to be able to be doing what I love.
What is your favorite thing to do? I am very into health, wellness, and music! I love working out and nature. I eat a plant-based diet and am a huge advocate for plant medicine. I prefer spending quality time with my close friends over large crowds, but I do love music festivals! I am a DJ and I love to get down on the dance floor. Lastly, I’m really proud to say I love what I do for a living. I am constantly surrounded by empowering women in my line of work, and it has made my day-to-day life so magical!
What does it mean for you to be seen as a strong, intelligent, ambitious woman? When I was a little kid getting compliments for being cute (as most children do), my mom used to encourage me to talk about how smart I was. This really set the grounds for me to understand that there is much more to life than being complimented for your looks. For me, the ultimate reward lies in accomplishments that have been earned. Strength, intelligence, and ambition is not something we are born with. These skills take practice and consistency but once mastered, the possibilities are endless. I think it is important for all women to know that they carry these attributes too and the more that we exercise them, the more powerful we become. With enough practice, we are capable of anything we put our minds to.
What would you say makes you stand out in the industry? They say that nice guys finish last in this industry, but I have been told more than once I was booked for gigs because they knew I would be accountable and happy on set. Bringing great energy really reflects in the work that is produced, so I always do my best to bring as much positivity as possible (which isn’t hard considering I am working my dream job!).
What puts the biggest smile on your face? Silliness! There’s something about being silly that is so freeing. Whether it’s putting on a costume, shaking your tail feather, or cracking a joke with a stranger there is something so special about watching people do something their heart desires with no agenda. The power of play is so healing, and I think as adults we often forget to incorporate it into our life. There’s a lot we can learn from the kids!
What are some of your biggest passions? My biggest passion is helping people. This was the driving force behind me joining the medical field, but I love to help anyone I can day to day no matter what the situation may be. I believe we all have abundance in some areas and lack in others, but if we take care of one another, we can all thrive!
3 ultimate deal breakers when it comes to men? One deal breaker for me is arrogance. I cannot agree with someone who thinks they are better than others or treats anyone with disrespect… that’s an absolute no-no! The next deal breaker for me would be a closed mind. We live in a time where we are constantly being fed new information and things are rapidly changing and I value those who are able to consider new information, even when it’s not in alignment with what they thought they knew. I have a very open mind, so I get along with those who are willing to explore wild ideas with me! The last deal breaker for me would be hostility towards outsiders. I think there is a lot to learn from every person in this world and it’s important to embrace them with open arms (unless they have given you reason not to). We have endless amounts of love to give… we are not going to run out. So why not just keep giving it?
What are some of the things that attract you to a man? I love it when a man is adventurous. I can be a scaredy cat sometimes, but I love to be challenged to try new things. I also enjoy chivalry. I am very independent, but I love it when a man will go out of his way to do little things like open my car door, fix something that is broken, or surprise me with food… yum! The most important quality out of all of them though, is kindness. Kindness and love rule my world!
What is the most daring thing you have ever done? The most daring things I have done I’m not sure I can list here… hehe. But one time I met someone on the dance floor at a music festival who took me up in his plane to do a zero gravity drop… That was crazy fun and we ended up becoming great friends!

I never expected I would make it this far in my modeling career, but when I began following my heart without worrying about the opinions of others I realized the sky is the limit. When writing the story of your own life, don’t let anyone else hold the pen.
