Such an absolute honour to have you on Playboy! Talk to us about your career and what new venture you’re growing now? My Career has been vast and Pastry chef has been such a huge part. I do a lot of consulting work, recipe development and kitchen organisation. My new venture stems from what I’m really good at, the lessons I’ve learned organising a kitchen and the details from being a chef. I have a new international business I am launching, and the Instagram site will go live with this Playboy edition as a Personal organizer; the business is dedicated to help individuals declutter, organise and enjoy a space. Kitchens and pantries are my favourite to do but have done things from wardrobes, offices, basement suits and kid’s playrooms. News and info on this is @organizedbyFranky on Instagram
Tell us about your Nickname “Franky”? Over the years I have had many nicknames and I find it endearing when someone finds a unique name to call me. It’s a compliment and many articles will tell you the psyche of someone attaching a personalised nickname with how much they respect and appreciate you, the level of comfort and trust associated. Franky came about when I was in my twenties and again now in my thirties, I like it as it describes a fun playful sexy side… my alter ego if you will.

What does it mean for you to be seen as a strong, intelligent, ambitious woman? It’s very important to me as it shows I’m able to stand on my own two feet but it’s also very important for me to be seen as kind, gentle and feminine. Woman don’t have to be just one thing, scrap that humans don’t have to be one thing. We can be all the different aspects at various times in our lives and towards different people or scenarios. I honestly can do anything I put my mind, effort and time into. The older I get the more I love being in my own skin and who I am as a woman. Wisdom really is the sexiest dress to wear.
What would you say makes you stand out in the industry? I’m not an asshole. That simple. Over the years I have learnt that nothing is more powerful a gift than my word followed by my actions. It is the only thing that no-one else can ever give but me. Money comes and goes; friends leave or find different paths and situations change. The value and weight I invest in my word gets stronger over time as I grow wiser and settle more in my own self. My authenticity, humbleness, trust and loyalty are all given when I give my word. I also am always networking, asking questions, saying yes and opening my mind to new opportunities. I am loyal to a fault and brands I work with respect that because they know they are working with someone reliable and professional.

What puts the biggest smile on your face? Gosh a few things… 100% the very first thing is animals. I’m usually stopping people to pet their dogs. Small children having mental breakdowns is super cute for me – I find it adorable how their life is ABSOLUTELY destroyed and 3 seconds later laughing about something else like it never happened. I use that lesson to get over things I cannot control and move on. Love makes me smile, new love, old love, all of it… I love love. Anything gelato or food related BUT good food or you get the other version which is a feisty South African with a Lebanese and Spanish mix. Last but not least the biggest smile at the moment is my discover and new obsession with Brazilian Jujitsu… I cannot tell you the newfound love and how it makes me work harder than I have in years. It’s not about my looks or how my ass looks in a bikini but by the techniques, time and effort I have put into my training. I go to the greatest school here in Vancouver called Kuzushi Grappling (@kuzushigrappling) taught by BJJ Black Belt Professor Ben Dyson (@dysonbjj)
What are some of your biggest passions? Animals, cooking , health and fitness, Jujitsu , reading, anything creative, traveling, tattoos and art.
3 ultimate deal breakers when it comes to men? Gaslighting or any form of abuse, lack of ambition ( I find it unattractive to be 35 and “retired” biggest turn off) flakiness or not being a man of action, not having weight behind your word or doing what you say you will.
What are some of the things that attract you to a man? Vulnerability, humility, pride, intelligence , ambition , self-love and care.

Which celebrities are on your bucket list and why? Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston, Penelope Cruz – these women because I’d like one of them to direct and play me in my life story. Jason momoa because I think he would be the greatest friend and make me laugh (also he’s not bad on the eyes if you know what I mean)
What is the best way to approach you as an admirer? I have zero idea… sometimes the simplest gesture has come across creepy because a man is not being himself and doing what he thinks I like. Just be yourself and let the chemistry speak for itself. I don’t force a connection and let the energy flow the way it should vs trying to make an outcome happen.
